Rental Terms & Conditions

HAPPY ARCH — RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before placing a rental order
with Happy Arch. By completing a rental booking you agree to
the following terms and conditions.

1. RENTAL PERIOD
The standard rental period is 1 day (24 hours) from the time
of delivery. The kit must be ready for collection at the
agreed time. Extended rental periods may be arranged at an
additional charge — contact us before your event to discuss.

2. DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Happy Arch delivers and collects all rental kits across Dubai.
Delivery and collection times will be agreed at the time of
booking. Someone must be present at the delivery and
collection address to receive and return the kit.
Additional charges may apply for missed collections.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit is required for all rental
bookings. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time
of booking. The deposit will be returned in full upon
collection of the kit in its original condition. The deposit
will be used to cover the cost of any damage, loss, or
missing components.

4. DAMAGE & LOSS POLICY
The renter is fully responsible for the kit during the
rental period. Any damage to the frame, connectors, base,
or pump must be reported immediately. The cost of repair
or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.
If the cost exceeds the deposit amount, the renter will
be charged the difference. Normal wear and tear is
expected and will not be charged.

5. BALLOONS
Balloons are consumable items and are not returnable.
All balloons included in the rental are for single use only.
Replacement balloon packs are available for purchase —
contact us for details.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the
scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled
delivery time are non-refundable. To cancel a booking
contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.

7. LATE RETURNS
Kits not returned at the agreed collection time will
incur a late return fee. The late fee will be charged
at the daily rental rate for each additional day or
part thereof. Happy Arch reserves the right to arrange
collection at the renter's expense if the kit is not
returned within 48 hours of the agreed collection time.

8. PROHIBITED USE
The rental kit must not be used for any commercial
resale or subletting purposes. The kit must not be
modified, painted, or permanently altered in any way.
Happy Arch reserves the right to refuse rental to
anyone who has previously damaged or failed to return
a kit.

9. LIABILITY
Happy Arch is not liable for any injury, damage, or
loss arising from the use of the rental kit. The renter
is responsible for ensuring the kit is used safely and
in accordance with the setup instructions provided.
The kit is not suitable for use by unsupervised children.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws
of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be
subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
