HAPPY ARCH — REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

PURCHASED KITS

We want you to be completely happy with your Happy Arch 
kit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will 
do our best to make it right.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of 
the delivery date. To request a return please contact 
us at hello@happyarchme.com with your order number 
and the reason for your return request.

Each return request is assessed on a case by case basis. 
We will review your request and respond within 2 business 
days with our decision and next steps.

To be eligible for a return consideration:
✓ The kit must be in its original condition
✓ The frame and components must be undamaged
✓ The balloons must be unopened and unused
✓ The original packaging must be intact
✓ Proof of purchase must be provided

Items that are not eligible for return:
✗ Used or inflated balloons
✗ Damaged or modified components
✗ Items returned after 14 days of delivery
✗ Items without proof of purchase

Approved returns may result in a full refund, partial 
refund, exchange, or store credit at our discretion 
depending on the condition of the returned item.


RENTAL KITS

Rental cancellations made more than 24 hours before 
the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full 
refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the 
scheduled delivery time are non-refundable.

full details on rental cancellations and refunds.


DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your kit arrives damaged or with missing components 
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 
hello@happyarchme.com with photos of the damage. 
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly 
as possible at no additional cost to you.


DELIVERY COSTS

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless 
the return is due to a fault or error on our part. 
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the 
customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Email us at hello@happyarchme.com within 14 days 
   of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Attach photos if the item is damaged or faulty
4. We will respond within 2 business days
5. If approved we will arrange collection and 
   process your refund or exchange
